To maintain the effectiveness of the leak-proof technology, rinse your garments in cold water until the water runs clear, then machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle without fabric softener or bleach. Always hang to dry; do not tumble dry.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the country. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 10-21 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day risk-free trial for first-time customers on select items. For all other orders, garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
How do I choose the right absorbency level?
Each product page features an absorbency guide ranging from Super Light to Maxi-24hrs. We recommend starting with a higher absorbency than you think you need for your first wear to ensure maximum comfort and security.
